Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a knack for estimating and a passion for commercial HVAC projects? Our client, a leading firm in the construction industry, is looking for a skilled professional to lead and estimate mechanical projects, primarily focused on HVAC, piping, and sheet metal work for commercial office buildings.

What You'll Do:

- Manage HVAC mechanical projects from start to finish including scheduling, coordination, and execution.

- Prepare accurate estimates and manage change orders to keep projects on budget.

- Oversee design-build processes as part of integrated project delivery.

- Collaborate closely with an in-house full HVAC shop, which includes sheet metal fabrication, service departments, and installation teams to ensure smooth project completion.

- Use tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Procore to streamline communications and project documentation.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven project management and estimating experience in commercial mechanical construction, preferably HVAC.

- Experience handling change orders and engaging in design-build projects.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic team that handles everything in house, from fabrication to installation.
