Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial Construction **This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

The estimated pay range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform estimating and project takeoffs independently.
Manage the complete project bidding process from start to finish.
Create, understand, and maintain project budgets effectively.
Handle the Requests for Information (RFI) process and maintain RFI logs.
Assist in preparing prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, as well as execute change orders and manage vendor invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Valid OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
Minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry preferred.
Degree in Construction Management, Design, or Engineering is a plus.
Strong understanding of project safety regulations as they relate to OSHA 1926.
Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and maintain a growing professional network.
