Project Manager / Estimator

Job Description
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets for commercial construction projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Background in estimating and preconstruction activities
- Strong client-facing and business development capabilities
- Experience managing light industrial, retail, restaurant, or similar projects
- Ability to travel to projects within a 1-2 hour radius of Grover, NC
