• Lead assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications
• Coordinate closely with field teams, superintendents, and office personnel to ensure successful project execution
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and risk management activities
• Utilize project management software and construction technology platforms to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Drive collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Take ownership of an active project while working alongside experienced regional leadership

• 1 to 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, or extensive Assistant Project Manager experience with readiness to step into a PM role
• Experience with wood-frame multifamily, hospitality, or hotel construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and project controls
• Experience using Bluebeam and Timberline software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across office and field teams
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
