POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager, Enterprise Operations & Strategic Initiatives is a strategic leader responsible for planning, executing, and sustaining high-impact organizational initiatives that advance UCI's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
This position partners closely with executive leadership, physicians, operational leaders, clinical teams, and external partners to lead complex, cross-functional projects across areas including:
The Project Manager will serve as UCI's subject matter expert in project management methodologies, helping establish organizational standards, governance structures, project prioritization processes, and accountability frameworks that ensure strategic initiatives are executed successfully and deliver measurable value.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience
· Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience.
· Minimum of 3 years leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a healthcare organization.
· Experience partnering with executive leaders, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
· Demonstrated success managing multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously.
Certifications
One or more of the following preferred:
· Project Management Professional (PMP)
· CAPM
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
· Change Management Certification
Technical Competencies
· Microsoft Project
· Smartsheet
· Monday.com
· Jira
· Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Planner, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)

Our team of physicians, nurses, and support staff work together in a modern facility equipped with an EHR system and on-site diagnostic services.
