• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are achieved.
• Drive project performance while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to keep work on schedule and within budget.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold company values and standards.

Previous experience serving as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor.

Approximately 3-5 years of Project Manager experience preferred.

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.

Background in one or more of the following sectors:

• Warehouse & Distribution
• Manufacturing
• Hospitality
• Healthcare

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple project priorities within a fast-paced environment.

• Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
• $800/month vehicle allowance
