Lead commercial construction projects through all phases, from planning and estimating to completion and closeout.

Manage project budgets, track costs, and maintain financial performance.

Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

Provide clear and proactive communication regarding project progress, risks, and milestones.

Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify challenges and develop solutions.

Partner closely with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Represent the company in client meetings, interviews, and business development efforts.

Coordinate internal and external project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.

Strong ability to build relationships and confidently interact with clients and stakeholders.

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Team-oriented leadership style with a strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Viewpoint (Vista) is a plus.

Understanding of estimating, scheduling, and contract administration processes.

Compensation up to $140K
