Description

• Lead commercial construction projects through all phases, from planning and estimating to completion and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and maintain financial performance.
• Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide clear and proactive communication regarding project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify challenges and develop solutions.
• Partner closely with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Represent the company in client meetings, interviews, and business development efforts.
• Coordinate internal and external project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Strong ability to build relationships and confidently interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented leadership style with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Viewpoint (Vista) is a plus.
• Understanding of estimating, scheduling, and contract administration processes.
