Opportunity Description:

Sseeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee contracted services on an active construction site in Ellendale, ND. The PM will manage daily operations, project resources, production goals, safety, documentation, and a crew of approximately 10-15 employees.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of construction supervisory experience, strong crew-management skills, and experience coordinating with general contractors, other trades, vendors, and internal teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can manage the project while stepping in to support field operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of 10-15 employees.
• Establish daily production goals and manage work assignments.
• Coordinate with the GC, site superintendent, trades, vendors, and home office.
• Manage project timelines, staffing, resources, and budget expectations.
• Serve as the on-site safety lead; conduct Pre-Task Plans and weekly toolbox talks.
• Review work plans and address scheduling or site conflicts.
• Manage tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and project resources.
• Complete daily/weekly reports, time tickets, and project documentation.
• Maintain organized, safe, and secure work areas.
• Perform hands-on manager, superintendent, or technician duties as needed.
• Work up to approximately 50 hours per week, including overtime as required.
• Travel between job sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction supervisory/crew-management experience.
• Previous construction industry experience in a similar leadership position.
• OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing project timelines, staffing, and budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site layouts.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or experienced Foreman ready to move into a Project Manager role. Candidates should demonstrate stable employment history, leadership progression, strong communication, and the ability to work directly with customers and GCs.
