A well-established commercial drywall and interiors subcontractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial projects from award through closeout.

What you'll do:

• Manage projects from contract award through closeout
• Develop schedules and coordinate manpower with field leadership
• Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing
• Track budgets and job costs
• Serve as primary contact for general contractors

What you bring:

• 5+ years of commercial drywall and interiors project management
• Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, and ceiling systems
• Experience with budgets, change orders, and pay applications
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
