WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Planning, coordinating and managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within budget and according to quality standards
Coordinating technical activities and ensuring alignment between project requirements and engineering deliverables
Monitoring project schedules, milestones, budgets and project risks
Managing project-related communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Coordinating project planning, implementation and validation activities across multiple departments
Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation measures to ensure successful project execution
Supporting technical change management and ensuring timely implementation of project modifications
Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures and applicable industry standards
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical field of study
Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or defense industry
Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and industrialization projects is considered an advantage
Strong technical understanding and the ability to coordinate complex engineering activities
Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Independent and self-reliant way of working
Experience with project planning tools and ERP systems is considered an advantage (SAP experience is an advantage)
Willingness to business travel
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian; German language skills are considered an advantage
