    Description

    Summary:

    Lead our diverse managed services programs, focusing on custom managed service solutions. This pivotal role involves managing dynamic teams supporting customers both on-site and remotely. The Program Manager will oversee the entire program and customer support from conceptual proposal through initial customer contact and ongoing support, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing both cloud-based and on-premises services, and a solid track record in financial management including budgeting and forecasting. Candidates with professional certifications in project management will be given preference. The PM will work with the Managed Digital Services Management Teams, along with the Client s Management team to deliver drawings, technical reports, and schedule data needed to complete the new Client s Power Transmission Control Center scheduled for completion in 2027. This project entails working with the Client s technical team, leadership, SMEs, & system owners, and Business Management, along with the Vendor Management teams to deliver technical documents, design drawings, and schedule data to the Customer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategically guide the managed services programs, tracking schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget and meeting customer standards and contractual obligations.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse managed team of IT professionals, fostering an environment of professionalism, innovation, and excellence.
    • Partner with TRC finance, and Customer s contract and procurement management to ensure effective program support, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service integrity.
    • Direct the technical strategy and establish best IT/OT Service practices.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement, keeping ahead of industry trends and integrating new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
    • Maintain clear communication across all managed services teams and departments, ensuring strategic alignment with broader company goals and priorities.
    • Display adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities as needed, proactively responding to changing business and management demands.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and related correspondence. Provide input to schedulers, procurement, and contracts for look-ahead coordination, and manage staffing to ensure customer satisfaction and schedule compliance.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in managing both cloud-based and on-premises services.
    • Solid track record in financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
    • Professional certifications in project management preferred.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to strategically guide and manage diverse teams.
    • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in the electric utility industry.
