Project ManagerLead high-visibility K-12 and Higher Ed projects in Central Florida. They deliver high-quality K-12 and Higher Ed projects and offer a collaborative, growth-focused culture where project managers are empowered and supported by an experienced leadership team.Job DescriptionManage K-12 and Higher Education projects from preconstruction through closeout.Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.Serve as primary liaison between the owner, design teams, and subcontractors.Review drawings, track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation.Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Manage subcontractor performance and negotiate scopes of work.Run OAC meetings and provide clear project status updates.Oversee project delivery, punch lists, turnover packages, and warranty coordination.Mentor assistant PMs, project engineers, and site staff.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
