Job Description

  • Lead education and commercial projects from inception through completion
  • Work directly with leadership to drive growth across Chicago - President and VP
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
  • Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction across commercial, education, or healthcare sectors
  • Proven ability to run projects valued at $20M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
