They are a $60M-$80M mid-size firm that specializes in the Education, Healthcare, Entertainment, and Commercial markets. They are focused on delivering high-quality solutions on projects ranging from $2M-$15M. The Project Manager will have the ability to be involved in projects from preconstruction through closeout.Job DescriptionLeads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.Establishes project budgets and manages cost.Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.Manage and oversee construction projects from planning through completion.Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimate.Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 5+ years of construction experienceCommercial ground-up experience ($2M-$30M)Estimating experience preferredAbility to work autonomously and manage project from full cradle to graveFamiliarity with construction safety regulations and compliance requirementsA detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and planning skillsStrong communication and leadership capabilities to manage teams effectivelyWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary (dependent on experience)Lucrative bonus earning potential401k w/ 5% company matchHealthcarePTO + paid holidaysStrong, collaborative cultureAll local workPotential for long-term stability
