Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations. Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements. Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Coordinate activities among multiple prime contractors and stakeholders. Manage sequencing, site logistics, conflict resolution, and schedule integration. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across all prime contractors.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a project manager. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required. Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects. Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate. Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors. Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus.
