Project Manager

Known for their collaborative approach, commitment to quality, and long-standing relationships with educational institutions, they have built a strong reputation as a trusted partner for both K-12 school districts and higher education campuses. With a growing backlog of education projects, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renovations, additions, occupied-campus projects, and ground-up construction for schools, colleges, and universities across the region.

Glimpse of your role:

Manage multiple education construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project buyout.
Coordinate with school districts, colleges, universities, architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout every phase of construction.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and owner communication.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and with minimal disruption to occupied campuses.
Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to maintain exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
Mentor Project Engineers and contribute to the development of future construction leaders.

The Successful Applicant:

5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
Proven experience managing K-12 and/or higher education construction projects.
Strong knowledge of public bidding procedures, contract administration, scheduling, and project financial management.
Experience delivering projects within occupied school or campus environments is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
