With a growing backlog of education projects, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renovations, additions, occupied-campus projects, and ground-up construction for schools, colleges, and universities across the region.Glimpse of your role:Manage multiple education construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project buyout.Coordinate with school districts, colleges, universities, architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout every phase of construction.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and owner communication.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and with minimal disruption to occupied campuses.Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to maintain exceptional quality and client satisfaction.Mentor Project Engineers and contribute to the development of future construction leaders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
