Description

Position: Project Manager – Ecommerce 
Position Type: CTH (6 months)
Location: 100% Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management:
  • Lead delivery of customer-facing web applications and digital experiences from intake through launch.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource needs.
  • Track progress against project goals and communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain core delivery artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and decision tracking.

- Scrum Master Leadership:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Support teams in achieving sprint commitments and delivery objectives.
  • Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery health.
  • Promote Agile principles while supporting a  hybrid delivery model.
  • Support retrospective action items and continuous improvement efforts within the scrum team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have experience managing customer-facing E-commerce projects
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in a hybrid Waterfall/ Agile environment
  • Build project plans, manage budgets, stakeholders, prioritization & identify risks and gaps, etc.
  • Experience documenting RAID logs and change logs; presenting status updates to leadership.
- Must also have experience acting as the Scrum Master in addition to PM responsibilities:
  • Running agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives & backlog refinement
  • Coaching teams on how to apply Agile as a practice in a hybrid Agile/ Waterfall environment
- Must be able to differentiate between external and internal communication (they will work with external clients)
- Must have experience with Jira, Smartsheets or similar tools
- Must have experience driving improvements that increase effectiveness, predictability and delivery quality by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, Automation and modern delivery tools to streamline workflows

COMPENSATION: 
- Target compensations is $130,000 annually but will vary depending on experience.
