Description
Project ManagerOur client is a rapidly growing and highly respected General Contractor specializing in DSA and LAUSD construction projects throughout Orange County. They are also a leading heavy civil and utility contractor delivering complex infrastructure projects. Our team is known for safety, quality, innovation, and successful execution of large-scale utility and transportation projects.Our Project Manager will be responsible for:Leading DSA-regulated construction projects from award through completion.Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and DSA representatives.Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration.Monitoring project progress, safety compliance, quality control, and risk management.Reviewing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Ensuring compliance with DSA requirements, building codes, and public agency standards.Conducting project meetings and providing regular reporting to leadership and clients.Managing project financial performance and profitability.Supporting project closeout, punch list completion, and warranty activities.The ideal Project Manager will have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.5+ years of Project Management experience on DSA projects.Experience with K-12, higher education, or public agency construction.Strong knowledge of California DSA processes and documentation requirements.Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $10M.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.We are offering this Project Manager:Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000Performance bonus opportunityMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off and HolidaysProfessional development opportunities
