Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We're looking for an organised, proactive and digitally minded project manager to help deliver creative digital projects from brief through to final completion. This is a hands-on and varied role, working closely with account teams, designers, developers, digital specialists and wider creative teams to keep projects moving, clients informed and work delivered on time, on budget and on brief.
The role sits within the wider project management team, aligned with agency ways of working paired with understanding of the specific requirements of digital delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, resource, estimates, billing and documentation, and act as a calm, confident point of contact across internal teams and clients.
They will work closely with a core client team, supporting implementation and delivery of digital work across a portfolio of clients and sectors, delivering high-quality work by understanding and questioning the process, managing risks and making sure each project has clear owners, actions, timings, budgets and next steps.

The role involves managing digital projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and on brief, while acting as the central point of coordination across account, creative, digital, development, production and wider agency teams.
The ideal candidate will be happy using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Workfront, Screendragon, Asana and Microsoft Planner where relevant, to manage workflow, documentation, reporting and team communication.

The role also involves managing risks, dependencies, scope changes and project pressures, supporting strong client relationships and working with account directors on strategy, client objectives and project priorities.
You will need to be happy to support reporting on project progress, and help identify opportunities in existing briefs by understanding Linney's wider services and how digital can add value. You will champion continuous improvement across digital ways of working, processes, tools and documentation.
