Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through handover, working closely with engineering, site, and client stakeholders.
- Manage the full project lifecycle on industrial, manufacturing, and cleanroom facilities
- Lead cost control, program management, procurement, and change management
- Coordinate with internal engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring strong communication and delivery certainty
- Oversee subcontractor performance, safety, and quality standards
- Support pre-construction activities including budgeting, scheduling, and risk reviews
- Contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial project culture with a solutions-focused mindset

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- 5+ years' experience delivering construction projects in an industrial or technical environment
- Background in manufacturing, design-build, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or aerospace facilities preferred
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor packages end-to-end
- Engineering or construction-related degree desirable but not essential
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing capability
- Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a "no-ego" team approach
- Exposure to fast-paced, technically demanding project environments
