Project ManagerLead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation to track progress and performance. Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure effective resource allocation and management across all phases of the project.
