We are looking for a Cloud Project Manager to lead professional services engagements across AWS, Azure, and Digital Workplace technologies, ensuring successful project delivery while building strong customer relationships and driving operational excellence.

As a Cloud Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end cloud and workplace transformation projects, ensuring delivery aligns with customer expectations, commercial objectives, and SoftwareOne's project management framework. Working closely with customers, sales teams, architects, consultants, and delivery specialists, you will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining high standards of governance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Digital Workplace engagements, ensuring successful execution against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Managing project planning, governance, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
• Driving project financial management, forecasting, reporting, change control, and commercial governance to support profitable project delivery.
• Supporting project teams through coaching, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring adherence to SoftwareOne delivery methodologies, project controls, operational standards, and customer service expectations.

What we need to see from you

• Experience managing cloud, infrastructure, workplace transformation, consulting, or professional services projects within customer-facing environments.
• Strong project management capabilities including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution.
• Experience working on AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, migration, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong financial management, forecasting, reporting, and commercial awareness within project environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality, customer satisfaction, and operational discipline.
