Salary Range: | $85,000-$110,000/annual DOE |
Job Type: | Full-Time |
At DAS Integrators, LLC (“DASi”), our mission is simple yet powerful: Design, Build, and Connect. As “Innovators of Connection,” we are committed to delivering mission-critical, state-of-the-art in-building communication solutions that first responders and 4G/5G device users can trust when every second counts. We're a tight-knit, fast-moving team that takes real pride in the quality of our installs and the trust our customers place in us on every project.
We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Project Manager to take ownership of our construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You'll be the connective tissue between our construction crews, our Construction Manager, and our accounting team — keeping schedules on track, budgets on target, and customers genuinely happy with the experience of working with us. If you love bringing order to complex, moving projects and take real satisfaction in a job done right, we want to talk to you.
As Project Manager, you will:
Partner with the Construction Manager (CM) to build and maintain the schedule for all construction-related activities, using a Gantt-chart format.
Own the financial health of your projects — tracking budgets, materials, and equipment costs, and keeping the CM informed of project status.
Lead weekly project status meetings with the President of DASi and the Director of Operations.
Manage document control across all projects, including contract review, submittals, project closeouts, change-order tracking, and billing coordination.
Serve as the key point of contact between DASi's construction crews and the accounting department.
Champion the customer experience, exceeding expectations at every stage of the project.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience.
A proven track record managing schedules and budgets in a construction environment.
Hands-on experience in a construction trade — background in low-voltage or DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) work is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to keep people aligned across teams.
A knack for staying organized and on top of many moving details at once.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling software) and Microsoft Excel.
Competitive salary
Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
Voluntary supplemental insurance options
Sick time and generous paid time off
401(k) with company match … and more!
