* Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout

* Develop schedules and drive project execution milestones

* Lead subcontractor procurement, buyouts, and negotiations

* Manage budgets, forecasting, change orders, and reporting

* Coordinate owners, design teams, vendors, and field operations
