CTG’s long-standing client is seeking a Project Manager/Delivery Lead.

 

Job Title: Project Manager/Delivery Lead – Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning
Location: Charlotte, NC preferred; Corning, NY also preferred. Qualified remote candidates will be considered.
Pay Rate: $80.00–$84.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET
Travel: Minimum of one trip per month to Charlotte, NC
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Additional Schedule Requirements: Some weekend and after-hours work will be required during scheduled go-live events.

 

About the Role

CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead to lead an enterprise Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementation within a manufacturing environment. This role will drive delivery across business, IT, SAP ECC, implementation partner, and vendor teams using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and iterative product-delivery practices.

The successful candidate will be a strong project leader and servant leader who can enable collaboration, remove blockers, support decision-making, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.

This position requires extensive enterprise project leadership experience, knowledge of manufacturing demand planning, and experience working within SAP ECC environments. The Project Manager/Delivery Lead will oversee integration, data migration, testing, cutover, release delivery, and go-live readiness.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and release delivery of Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning.
  • Serve as a servant leader by enabling collaboration, removing blockers, supporting decision-making, and driving accountability.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, financials, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
  • Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, Kanban workflows, and sprint and release planning.
  • Coordinate execution across business, IT, SAP ECC, implementation partner, and vendor teams.
  • Manage status reporting, RAID activities, executive communications, and escalations.
  • Support integration planning, data migration readiness, testing coordination, cutover execution, and go-live planning.
  • Track project financials, delivery progress, dependencies, and key milestones.
  • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and escalations clearly to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, regulatory, and enterprise governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of experience leading enterprise technology implementations as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or in a similar role.
  • Strong enterprise project leadership experience, including:
    • Communication and stakeholder management
    • Problem and issue resolution
    • Governance and status reporting
    • Executive-level updates
    • Financial tracking
    • Vendor coordination
  • Experience leading teams in Agile and Scrum environments, with strong knowledge of iterative and incremental product delivery.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working from Kanban boards.
  • Scrum Master certification or PMI-ACP certification.
  • Experience with SAP ECC implementations and SAP ECC platform environments.
  • Experience delivering solutions involving integration, data migration, testing, and cutover coordination.
  • Knowledge of demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of SOX and regulatory compliance within a structured enterprise-governance environment.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET.
  • Ability to travel to Charlotte, NC at least once per month.
  • Availability for occasional weekend and after-hours work during scheduled go-live events.

Highly Desired Qualifications

  • PMP certification.
  • Product Owner certification, such as CSPO or PSPO.
  • First-hand experience implementing Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning.
  • Experience implementing complex SAP ECC solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Planview AgilePlace.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
