Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to plan and coordinate the execution of project and small program deliverables that span multiple teams. The role will communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, facilitate cross-team sync points, provide end-to-end visibility into health of deliverables, and manage program risk and compliance to standards. The Scrum Master will ensure delivery meets client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost, with a focus on Climate Risk capability requirements and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate delivery routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
  • Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery, risks, issues, and schedules.
  • Align execution with deliverable requirements in partnership with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Liaise with COOs and PMOs globally to define requirements for Climate Risk capabilities and reporting.
  • Track and report project status, risks, and deliverables with end-to-end visibility.
  • Own and maintain the project roadmap and release plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement Agile routines and Scrum practices for projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Agile delivery, project coordination, or program management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication to engage stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines and execute project plans to completion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience coordinating with development teams on resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Background in Climate or Risk programs and reporting.
