Project Manager (Agile Delivery)

Role Summary
Lead Agile delivery by coordinating with multiple dependency teams, driving discovery activities, managing backlog readiness, and ensuring smooth sprint execution.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and dependent teams to gather requirements and align priorities.
Actively participate in discovery workshops and help define scope, requirements, and user stories.
Create and refine epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure healthy backlog and pipeline management with sufficient sprint ready work.
Track dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery progress across teams.
Provide status updates and drive timely resolution of blockers.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Strong Agile/Scrum project management experience.
Experience managing cross functional teams and dependencies.
Strong backlog management and story writing skills.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
The pay range for this role is
