Project Manager (Data)
Summary
We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join a busy Data analytics team that handles data warehouse integrations across IT. This Project Manager will own several large projects including a BizTalk-to-Azure migration delivered by an outside consulting partner. This is a hybrid Contract role in Leawood, KS, onsite Monday and Tuesday
Responsibilities
- Manage the BizTalk-to-Azure migration, coordinating between the consulting partner and internal developers.
- Own multiple data projects end-to-end with little oversight.
- Track timelines, risks, and dependencies across concurrent projects.
- Work with IT groups on data warehouse and integration initiatives.
- Report status and escalations to the program Manager.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of IT project management experience.
- Experience managing data projects (data warehouse, integration, analytics).
- Working understanding of database design, data modeling, and system integration.
- Experience managing outside vendors or consulting partners.
- Able to work on site in Leawood, KS, on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Preferred
- Experience with Azure Cloud migrations.
- BizTalk or other integration platform exposure.
- PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certification.
- Experience with Agile delivery.
- Experience in a large enterprise IT environment.
This is a 6-Month Contract opportunity with our Leawood, KS client.
