Description
Data Center Construction Project Manager
This Texas-based general contractor has been operating for more than 55 years, building a strong reputation for delivering complex and large-scale projects across a variety of sectors. Its portfolio includes healthcare facilities, education, office, retail spaces, advanced manufacturing facilities, and mission-critical projects such as data centers. The company is known for its focus on collaboration, innovation, and managing high-profile projects throughout Texas.
Manage the overall planning, budgeting, and scheduling of data center construction projects. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure all technical specifications and requirements are met. Oversee project progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address concerns. Identify and resolve potential risks or issues that could impact project timelines, costs, or performance.

Experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably data centers. Knowledge of data center infrastructure and construction processes. Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Familiar with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for projects of that nature (mission critical). Open to travel across Texas.
Attractive compensation package (130k-165k). Work related allowances. Health insurance. Dental and Vision insurance. PTO. Bonus. Per diem.
