The Project Manager | Data Center | Fredericksburg, VA will:

• Manage all aspects of large-scale data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project teams, including field personnel, subcontractors, owners, and consultants, to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Oversee project financial performance, cost controls, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with superintendents and site leadership to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Drive client relationships and maintain clear communication throughout all phases of construction.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance and project success.
• Support and mentor project engineers and other team members while fostering a collaborative project environment.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage large, multi-year mission-critical facilities with significant contract values and long-term client partnerships.

• Proven experience managing large-scale ground-up construction projects.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or other highly technical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and contract administration.
• Ability to lead diverse project teams while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience overseeing projects valued in the tens or hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Proficient with construction management software and project controls tools.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
