Project Manager - Data Center Construction

North San Jose is one of the busiest data center corridors on the West Coast, and the work isn't slowing down. A well-established general contractor is looking for a Project Manager to lead data center construction projects across the South Bay. If you like fast-moving, technical projects and a team that has your back, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead data center projects from early planning and buyout all the way through commissioning and closeout
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules and change orders with a steady hand
• Keep owners, design teams and electrical and mechanical partners aligned and moving forward
• Stay on top of long-lead gear like switchgear, UPS systems, generators and chillers
• Partner with superintendents on safety, quality and phased turnovers
• Help assistant project managers and project engineers grow their skills

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical projects (required)
• Working knowledge of critical power, cooling and complex MEP coordination
• Strong habits around scheduling, cost control and documentation
• Clear, friendly communication with owners, designers and field teams
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

What We Offer

Salary range of $125,000-$170,000, plus bonus and benefits, a deep backlog of mission-critical work in the Bay Area, and a team that cares about your long-term growth.
