Project Manager - Data Center Construction

St. Louis is quietly becoming a serious data center hub, with new campuses and expansions taking shape along the I-270 corridor and out toward the west county suburbs. A well-established general contractor is looking for a Project Manager who loves mission-critical work and wants to help build what powers the region's next chapter. If you enjoy leading a sharp team, solving problems before they hit the schedule and handing an owner a building that runs from day one, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Run data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, cost reports, change orders and owner billing with accuracy and confidence
• Be the go-to point of contact for owners, design teams and trade partners, keeping everyone informed and moving together
• Plan around long-lead electrical and mechanical equipment so gear lands when the field needs it
• Partner with superintendents on safety, quality, sequencing and the integrated systems testing plan
• Coach project engineers and assistant project managers and help them grow their careers

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required)
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, critical power, cooling and commissioning
• Experience handling fast-paced schedules and large, complex budgets
• A calm, organized and approachable style that builds trust with owners and trade partners
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
