Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Lithia Springs sits right in the middle of one of the fastest-growing data center hubs in the country, with hyperscale campuses going up along the I-20 corridor west of Atlanta. A well-established general contractor is adding a Project Manager to its mission-critical team here. What You'll Do

- Manage data center projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning, turnover and closeout

- Own the schedule, budget, forecasts, change orders and owner billing

- Coordinate closely with owners, engineers and electrical and mechanical trade partners

- Track long-lead equipment such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems and chillers

- Work hand in hand with superintendents on safety, quality and phased turnovers

- Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers as they grow

What You Bring

- Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)

- A solid understanding of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and integrated systems testing

- Strong cost control, scheduling and subcontractor management skills

- A friendly, collaborative style and clear communication with owners and field teams

- A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
