Project Manager - Data Center Construction

A well-established general contractor is looking for a Project Manager – Data Center Construction to help bring new campuses online. If you enjoy complex builds, good people and a short commute in the middle of the Metroplex, let's talk.

What You'll Do

• Run data center and mission-critical projects from early planning and procurement through commissioning and closeout
• Own project budgets, monthly forecasts, change orders and owner billing
• Drive schedules and track long-lead gear like switchgear, generators and cooling equipment
• Be a trusted partner to owners, engineers and electrical and mechanical trade partners
• Work with field leadership on safety, quality and site logistics
• Help grow project engineers and assistant project managers on your team

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)
• Working knowledge of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and integrated systems testing
• Solid organization, cost control and scheduling habits
• A friendly, clear communication style with owners and crews alike
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
