Data Center Project Manager

The Data Center Project Manager will report into senior leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of mission critical construction projects throughout Texas. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who excels at managing complex projects, leading teams, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale data centre and mission critical construction projects.

Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Oversee complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination across multiple trades.

Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a "no surprises" approach to project delivery.

Drive programme adherence on fast-track projects with demanding schedules and critical milestones.

Utilise Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 to manage project execution and reporting.

Champion safety, quality, cleanliness, and team development across all project sites.

For the Data Center Project Manager we are seeking:

5-10 years of commercial construction experience.

Proven mission critical or data centre project experience.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems coordination.

Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout Texas based on project requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building capabilities.

Base Salary: $135k - $165k
