Description

* Manage industrial, data center, and PEMB construction projects from pre-construction through completion

* Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication

* Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery

* Travel as required to support project execution across multiple locations

* Maintain project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 3-5 years of Project Management experience within commercial or industrial construction

* Experience delivering light industrial, data center, or PEMB projects

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and project teams

* Experience with Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is advantageous

Job Offer

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + bonus

* Annual bonus opportunity of approximately 10% and vehicle allowance ($600/month) or company vehicle with fuel card
