The Arkansas River Valley is about to host one of the biggest data center campuses in the region, and a respected general contractor is building its team to deliver it. We're looking for a Project Manager who enjoys running technically demanding projects, keeps teams organized and calm, and likes seeing a complex build come together from the first package to turnover. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
What You'll Do
• Manage data center and mission-critical projects through preconstruction, buyout, construction and closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, subcontracts, change orders and monthly cost reports
• Coordinate closely with owners, engineers, architects and trade partners to keep work moving
• Track procurement and delivery of long-lead electrical and mechanical equipment
• Partner with superintendents on safety, quality, phasing and commissioning
• Support and develop assistant project managers and project engineers on your team
What You Bring
• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required)
• Solid understanding of MEP coordination, critical power and cooling systems, and commissioning
• Strong organization, follow-through and a steady hand with budgets and schedules
• Friendly, clear communication with clients, design teams and field crews
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
What We Offer
Competitive salary, bonus and benefits, years of mission-critical work in the region, and a team that values your experience and growth.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. No sponsorship is available.
