    What You’ll Do as the Project Manager
    • Lead full project lifecycle — Manage multiple small to mid-size multifamily projects through all phases.
    • Serve as primary client liaison — Translate goals into scope, schedules, and budgets; maintain proactive communication.
    • Build and mentor teams — Assign work, coach emerging designers, and foster accountability and continuous improvement.

    • Coordinate consultants and stakeholders — Align structural, MEP, civil, and specialty inputs with design intent and code.
    • Advance design technology — Champion efficient Revit workflows and model management practices.
    • Document decisions — Maintain clear records, meeting notes, and logs for smooth execution and risk management.
    • Represent the studio locally — Model professionalism with clients, jurisdictions, and partners across Dallas.
