Project ManagerThe Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale Dallas data center project from mobilization through final closeout. Reporting to senior operations leadership, this individual will be responsible for driving project performance across budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include:Lead all phases of project execution from award through closeoutDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reportingCoordinate with Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, Preconstruction, and subcontractors to ensure successful project deliveryOversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, scope management, and procurement activitiesManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, trade partners, and project stakeholdersIdentify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategiesMentor and develop project team members while fostering a collaborative project cultureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
