A growing luxury residential builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end custom home projects throughout the Dallas market. What You'll Do
- Manage custom home projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
- Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and homeowners
- Review plans, specifications, and project scopes for accuracy
- Monitor costs, approve change orders, and track project financials
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, schedule milestones, and client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the construction process
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience in residential construction
- Experience managing custom homes, luxury residential projects, or high-end renovations
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
