Description:
The Senior Brand Activation Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful intake, deployment and activation of enterprise brand migration initiatives across client's global business units. This role serves as the central orchestrator between corporate brand strategy, business stakeholders, and creative execution teams to ensure prioritized consistent adoption of brand frameworks, design systems, and marketing communications standards at the intersection of strategy, design and execution. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in brand strategy, brand architecture, rebranding, and organizational brand transformation, with fluency in design principles and tactics. They will guide business units through migration planning, assess readiness, identify gaps, facilitate decision-making, and align stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of new brand standards. This role oversees the execution of brand migration strategies, evaluates business unit needs, determines appropriate self-service versus centralized support pathways, and mobilizes resources across Global Marketing, External Affairs (GMEA), Design, Creative, and Communications teams when specialized expertise is required. The Senior Brand Activation Project Manager leads highly complex, enterprise-scale initiatives that directly impact business growth, customer experience, and brand consistency.

Requirements for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, Business, Design, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years of experience, including brand strategy, brand architecture, brand transformation, or rebranding initiatives; enterprise project or program management; marketing communications and integrated marketing execution; cross-functional stakeholder management in highly matrixed organizations; change management, governance, and business process implementation
Creative agency, brand consultancy, corporate marketing, or related industry experience preferred
Deep understanding of brand architecture, brand migration, and rebranding methodologies
Experience leading enterprise-wide brand rollout or transformation programs
Strong knowledge of design systems, brand guidelines, and digital asset ecosystems
Understanding of marketing communications, content strategy, customer experience, and integrated campaign execution
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills
Experience building adoption plans, governance frameworks, and implementation toolkits
Lead the planning for execution and activation of enterprise brand architecture and brand transformation initiatives across multiple business units
Serve as a subject matter expert on brand strategy, brand migration, rebranding, and brand architecture implementation
Partner with business leaders to translate strategic brand direction into executable rollout plans and adoption frameworks
Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer experience goals, and brand strategy requirements
Guide business units through brand migration planning, requirements gathering, and implementation activities
Review and oversee completion of brand migration worksheets, ensuring submissions are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with program requirements
Assess plans for completeness, identify gaps, clarify dependencies, and proactively resolve issues that may impact successful rollout
Provide governance and quality assurance of inputs throughout the migration process
Serve as the primary liaison between business units and corporate marketing team
Determine when business unit requests can be fulfilled through self-service resources versus requiring Corporate Marketing support and direct business units to appropriate teams and experts when needed
Evaluate whether stakeholders have appropriate assets, templates, tools, training materials, and guidance to execute independently
Triage requests requiring specialized support and engage the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution
Lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining alignment with enterprise priorities
Establish reporting, governance processes, and performance metrics to measure rollout effectiveness and adoption
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvements to brand rollout methodologies, tools, and processes
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, Business, Design, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
PMP Certification, PgMP, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent certification preferred
Creative agency, brand consultancy, corporate marketing, or related industry experience preferred
