With a strong reputation for accountability, communication, and execution, they have built lasting relationships with some of the region's most respected organizations and continue to expand their presence in the marketplace.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Corporate Interiors Construction - NoVA will:Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.Lead sophisticated interior fit-outs, office renovations, building repositioning projects, and facility upgrades.Coordinate project teams including subcontractors, consultants, vendors, owners, and internal stakeholders.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and reporting documentation.Oversee project financials including contract administration, change orders, forecasting, and cost control.Facilitate client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.Collaborate with field operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.Manage multiple projects simultaneously as workload increases and project complexity grows.Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project to support project planning, tracking, and documentation.Ensure all projects are delivered with a strong focus on communication, accountability, and operational excellence.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
