    Our boutique healthcare communications agency is seeking a Program Coordinator or Program Manager to join its Client Services team in Chicago.

    This role involves coordinating multiple client initiatives, supporting account leads, and working cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless execution and outstanding client service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support account leaders in planning and executing client projects in alignment with specifications and timelines
    • Oversee and manage day-to-day tasks to keep projects moving forward efficiently
    • Prepare and manage budgets and timelines; adjust project plans as needed
    • Communicate clearly with clients through written updates and verbal check-ins
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events (onsite and virtual), including speaker recruitment, venue booking, AV setup, travel arrangements, and budget reconciliation
    • Engage healthcare professionals and vendors to fulfill program needs
    • Support new business development by contributing to proposals and market research
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelors degree required
    • Experience in promotional medical communications is a plus, but not required
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Meeting planning experience is a plus
    • Ability to travel occasionally

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
