Overview
We are seeking experienced a Project Manager to support enterprise‑level telecommunications and technology infrastructure projects. This role focuses on managing projects related to cabling, construction, voice systems, data networks, rollouts, moves, and consolidations across multiple client locations.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on Project Manager who enjoys staying close to execution, working directly with technicians and vendors, and owning projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end project delivery for telecommunications and low‑voltage infrastructure initiatives
Lead project planning, execution, documentation, and reporting
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, technicians, and internal stakeholders
Coordinate materials, equipment rentals, supplier orders, and logistics
Provide guidance and process direction to junior project staff as needed
Manage technician check‑in/check‑out and assist with scope or job‑related questions
Track change orders, expenses, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness
Submit completed project documentation for invoicing and financial processing
Ensure project records are complete, organized, and stored properly
Balance multiple unrelated tasks and shifting priorities efficiently
Communicate clearly and professionally regarding timelines, risks, and scope changes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Project Management experience within one or more of the following environments:
Telecommunications
Low‑Voltage or Structured Cabling
Managed IT Services
Network Infrastructure
Enterprise Technology Services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self‑starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong customer service mindset and relationship‑building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Willingness to support occasional late‑night cutovers if required
Preferred Experience
Hands‑on field technician or construction/installation background
Exposure to fast‑paced, project‑driven service organizations
