Its product portfolio includes football, baseball, basketball, ice hockey, soccer, and other sports and non-sports trading cards, jerseys, hats, balls, bats, and photos.

Topps Digital - Sports & Entertainment is looking for a Project Coordinator, Content Design to help grow our digital collectible mobile apps. As Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with our app team to develop, visualize, and design our trading cards from ideation to release. You will work with a team of other Designers, Content Producers, Product Managers, and Community Managers to help drive growth in the Topps Sports & Entertainment Apps!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A passion for sports and entertainment. You have a connection to fandom and understand a collector’s mindset. You have a passion and thorough knowledge of our sports and entertainment properties. You also have a good grasp of what is current and popular among the relevant fan communities and stay up to date with the latest news and design trends so that you can create content that speaks to the fandom.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Coordinate and facilitate the design process from concept to completion
• Attention to detail. You will be coordinating the deliverables schedule for releases in-app that meet the world-class standards of Fanatics Collectibles and our licensors
• Strong communication skills. You will be responsible for tracking multiple design deliverables through the development process from ideation to final delivery
• Great collaborator. You are a team player capable of clear and constant communication. With shifting deadlines and priorities, the team needs to be aligned, and you keep the team informed and on track
• You are able to manage shifting deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, be flexible and receptive while keeping deliverables on schedule
• Ability to manage effectively multiple concurrent projects, each in various stages of development

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Coordinate design projects as primary point of contact between Content Design team, Live Ops team, and third-party partners
• Proactively identify and escalate project risks or blockers to keep deliverables on track
• Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure raw assets and deliverable are trafficked, and deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and ensure all tasks are tracked and completed
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and timeline
• Intake and triage design ad hoc requests and design revisions, ensuring they're properly scoped and routed to the right team members
• Provide support and feedback to the Content Design and Live Ops teams
• Actively participate in design meetings and provide support to team members
• Work with the team to ensure design standards and release guidelines are met
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and timelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ years of experience in design coordination, project management, or creative production
• Experience working with digital content pipelines, ideally in gaming, collectibles, or mobile apps
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with trading cards, collectibles, or live content-based apps a plus
• Understanding of agile or iterative content production workflows a plus
• Background in design, art direction, or creative production a plus
