Job Description

Plan and manage construction project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on all projects. Prepare and present project updates and reports to key stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to optimize resources and achieve project goals. Maintain clear and effective communication across all project teams. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project completion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong Procore experience.
• Experience coordinating and managing multi-prime construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
