Job Description
Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Identify and address potential risks and issues to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any concerns. Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong Procore experience.
- Experience coordinating and managing multi-prime construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
