    We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help keep our projects moving from Dirt to Done.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    · Manage multiple sitework, utilities and paving projects from start to finish, from contracts awarded to

    final closeout.

    · Attend preconstruction meetings.

    · Conducting jobsite visits to ensure the foremen have what they need.

    · Assist in coordinating and scheduling manpower, equipment, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and

    materials.

    · Coordinating with General Contractors, Engineers, Inspectors and Owners.

    · Communicate with Owners, Inspectors, and Project Stakeholders.

    · Track project budgets, production, and job costs against the budget to manage profitability.

    · Review plans, specifications, contracts and permits.

    · Order materials and schedule deliveries, ensuring they arrive when needed.

    · Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

    · Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving forward.

    · Resolve issues before they become expensive problems.

    ·  Identifying and pricing change orders.

    · Handling RFI’s and Submittals

    · Managing project documentation.

    · Assist with billing and collections.

    · Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability while consistently upholding company

    standards and representing Wilks Site Prep, Inc. in a positive and professional manner.


    QUALIFICATIONS:


    ✔ Construction project management experience required.

    ✔ Knowledge of site development, utilities, grading, asphalt, and earthwork required.

    ✔ Ability to read construction plans and specifications.

    ✔ Strong organizational and communication skills.

    ✔ Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.


    COMPENSATION:


    Pay will be based on experience and can be discussed during the application/interview process.
