Project Manager

Contractor is a design build general contractor averaging $450M+ in annual revenue with projects spread across multiple sectors (senior living, multifamily, government, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.). They are located in the St Louis area and have a solid backlog of work for 2026/2027. They pride themselves on developing their team and having long-tenured employees who enjoy coming into work every day. Due to their growth, they are looking to add more team members to their project management department.

Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential risks proactively.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience with a general contractor.
  • Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value.
  • Strong project management skills in the construction field.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
